Mentoring Body

The mentoring body fulfills the role of what is traditionally known as a board or leadership team.  The mentoring body does not exist as an overarching governing body but rather as a gathering of the leaders of the individual churches. Leaders are added to the mentoring body as churches reproduce and new leaders are commissioned. The purpose and function of the mentoring body is to provide a place where the leaders of the churches within the network can:

  • regularly pray for and encourage each other
  • maintain focus on fulfilling the mission and purpose
  • ¬†provide training and guidance for apprentice leaders of future churches
  • create praise and worship content
  • guide the transition when a church is ready to reproduce
